This Role:

Account Managers play a key role in this vision by developing new and strengthening existing business-to-business (B2B) partnerships with designers, kitchen and bath dealers, and contractors, which lead to connections with homeowners. While our inside sales reps handle showroom appointments and project quoting, our Account Managers take ownership of the interactions and relationships with our B2B partners to drive business to our inside team. This role is perfect for someone looking to transition from an interior design background working with consumers to a focus on business-to-business interactions and collaboration with designers.

Who You Are:

• 3 years of interior design experience.
• Strong passion for the design industry with a desire to partner with designers on projects.
• Very outgoing, loves to meet new people, and develop relationships.
• A competitive and sports-like team mentality.
• Hungry for a high growth environment that allows you to prove yourself.
• Loves creative problem solving and creating impactful solutions for customers.
• An ability to communicate the value you add to a business representative’s company through listening and empathy.
• Experience with B2B sales in an account manager role is preferred.

What We Offer:

• First year success in earnings estimated to be $80K-$110K and $100k-$150k+ projected in your second year and beyond. Pay is a combination of a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
